Occupancy :

We require minimum 2-night stays in both rooms during High Season and 2-night minimum stays in the Wild Rose Suite for Winter and Midseason Friday through Sunday. Single night stays may be accepted in advance when the days before and after have been booked but otherwise by no more than 1 week in advance. Same-day single-night stay reservations not accepted beyond 3 p.m. of day of stay.

Cancellation:

Please let us know as soon as possible about your need to cancel. We may or may not be able to avoid charging you for confirmed room nights depending on the situation. We reserve the right to do so regardless of the number of days' notice you have given us. We do not refund or credit any nights of short-stay cancellations.  

Check-In/Check-Out:

Our check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. or by previous arrangement. Our check-out time is 11 a.m.  

Fire Prevention:

We have a no-smoking policy throughout our property and do not allow candles or incense to be burned in any of the rooms. 

Reservations:

Reservations are guaranteed by credit card.  MasterCard and VISA are accepted.  Settlement on check-out may be made by credit card or cash.  A 50% deposit will be processed at the time of reservation for any reservation for 5 nights or more or the reservation of both rooms for 3 nights or more, the balance plus tax will be collected upon check-out.  To make your reservation now, click on the Check Availability link on the left.
